of late,been experimenting with butter.though i doubt it is a healthier alternative,i must admit it does add a rich flavour to the cooking mix.
a sweet aroma wafts as the butter melts over low heat;thereby mixing itself well among the other ingredients and enhancing the taste,which more importantly,heightens the cooking experience.
it was noted that a tablespoon of butter is just about the right amount to saute 2 cloves of finely-chopped garlic and a quarter of an onion,sliced thinly,when cooking for one.
